Youth Group Car Wash

Saturday, July 26, 10: a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Bring your car to the church parking lot for the best car wash service ever. Support the youth as they raise money for Beach Blast next summer and for Half the Sky, an organization that supports children orphaned by the earthquakes in China.

Clough T-shirts
Starting August 3rd, Clough t-shirts will be available in the lobby before and after Sunday and Wednesday services. All t-shirts, child and adult sizes, are $10 each. These shirts are great for special church events and for everyday wear. Show your pride in being a member of Clough UMC and help raise funds for the Habitat for Humanity project at the same time.

"Nearly New" Sale

Friday, August 15, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Saturday, August 16, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Come and find some great bargains on a wide variety of quality items - clothing, toys, furniture, housewares, computer parts, etc... Don't miss the $5 bag sale Saturday, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. All proceeds from the sale will go towards funding the church Habitat for Humanity project. Pastor on Vacation
Pastor Jonathan is on vacation July 14 - July 29. Reverend Jim Stauffer will cover Clough United Methodist during this period. Please contact Brian Wallace (528-0984) or Irene Linton (943-7118) in case of an emergency.

Clough Unplugged - Summer Service
Wednesdays, 7:00-7:50 p.m. - Clough is offering a casual mid-week service again this summer June 18 - August 20 in addition to the regular Sunday service at 10:30 a.m. Clough Unplugged is an alternative worship service for those who are out of town or busy with extra activities during summer weekends or for those who work on Sunday mornings. Casual dress is a must! Come as you are - from work or from a day at the pool. Pastor will be preaching 2 summer sermon series - "God's RE-Creation - A Summer Journey Through the Psalms" and "An August of Parables". Nursery care will be provided.

Youth Ministries

Come and be a part of the youth ministries at Clough! For information about Youth Group meetings and special activities for teens (junior and senior high), contact Roselyn Sutherland, Director of Youth Ministries, at 405-8185. If you are interested in the 46ers, a group for 4th - 6th graders, call Sandy Kennedy at 678-5094.

Prayer Time
Wednesdays, 9:a.m. - 9:50 a.m. during the summer months - Come to the sanctuary for this quiet time set aside to pray for concerns, family, friends, church, and country. All are welcome to this time of prayer.
