Worship At Clough

You were planned for God’s pleasure

Worship, what is it? It’s not something we do; it’s a state of mind.
How do you do it individually? This is a bit of a trick question, the answer is that it's totally up to you. Find your groove!
How do we do it collectively? First, IT IS NOT ABOUT US. If we put ourselves aside, God will bless us in tremendous ways. There is no single style of worship. God has heard all voices, all songs, and all styles.
Clough United Methodist Church worship provides ample opportunity to experience and worship God through passionate, intriguing, engaging, culturally relevant worship services. Our services typically involve several elements and a message that applies the Bible to your real life situations and an opportunity to encounter God.
The best way to describe the 10:30 AM worship service is “blended - thematic." It is multi-sensory worship, hymns, choruses, praise music, themes, dramas, video clips and life application sermons.
Sermon series embrace a particular theme. Examples include

40 Days of Community - Lent 2008
Questions and Answers - Spring 2008

Be our guest each Sunday morning 10:30 AM.  Children 3 years old through 6th graders are invited to attend Children's Church following the Children's Sermon.  Care for younger children is provided in the nursery.

Clough Church Wedding Policy

Clough Church is pleased to provide wedding services for couples who are not members but are looking to establish a relationship with the Clough United Methodist Church.  It is our belief that God is an essential part of any marriage.  Because Clough UMC is a Christian church the couple must profess faith in Jesus Christ.  We also believe in marriage enrichment.  We believe the couple will grow deeper in their relationship with God and each other by being active in a church.  Couples who desire to grow in their relationship with God and with the Clough church body are encouraged to call Pastor Jonathan Kollmann (460-0322) to discuss their wedding.
